After retiring from a 25 year career in the United States Marine Corps, I founded SIGS Company because I wanted to chart my own course and set a positive path in life.

Living in a small, rural town in central coastal California opened my eyes to the importance of agriculture to our economy, our country, and our way of life. It is everywhere around us and serves as such a foundation. I started this company because I know I can make a difference in the lives and livelihood of the so many farming and growing operations throughout the country, the west, California, and right here in our own Salinas Valley. This is a beautiful and vibrant community and I am so grateful to be a part of it.

The mantra of SIGS Company anchors on passion, commitment, and dedication. This ethos was reinforced in my military career both in peace and in war. Today, I am beyond fortunate to be a husband, father, son, brother, and active member of society. In this, it is important to me to try and make this world a better place. I maintain an active and genuine soft spot for veterans and their well being, the importance of mental health to overall wellness, and all things basketball. I am enormously grateful to be alive and blessed with my family, my health, and the opportunity to live a dream of mine. 

 A Salinas Valley native, Rosie is the heart and soul of SIGS Company and all that we do. A scholar, activist, mother, and all-around baddie, Rosie’s attentiveness to the community and the world around her make her a strategic asset. A veteran herself, Rosie’s passion, dedication, and commitment shine and exemplify the SIGS Company ethos.

Rosie has always understood firsthand the value, role, and importance of agriculture to the vitality and lifeblood of our economy and cultures. She is deeply connected with farms and the agricultural way of life and brings a dynamic blend of strategic insight, bilingual communication, and community-rooted leadership to her role as Vice President of Strategic Engagement at SIGS Company. With a background in collaborative business development and a deep commitment to inclusive, sustainable practices, Rosie leads outreach initiatives that strengthen partnerships across agricultural, construction, and civic sectors. Additionally, she plays a key role for SIGS Company in governance, compliance, and operational clarity. Her leadership reflects a shared vision of integrity, adaptability, and community-driven growth.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Rosie designs engagement strategies that resonate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and cultural relevance in every interaction. Her work empowers co-operators, elevates brand presence, and drives long-term value for SIGS Company and its affiliated entities.
